Otomsende
About the Project
Otomsende is a comprehensive automotive software platform that brings vehicle listings, valuation, dealer management, user operations, messaging and live auction processes into a single digital environment. This was not a standard website project; it was an end-to-end platform with multiple user types and operational scenarios.
Isyaka developed the digital platform from the ground up. The work covered membership and account flows, dealer modules, vehicle listing management, live auction logic, messaging, notifications, administration screens and the core business logic behind the platform.
Need and Approach
In automotive operations, listing, valuation, bidding, auction and user communication processes can become difficult to manage when they are disconnected. Otomsende needed a digital infrastructure that could centralize these flows while supporting individual users, corporate users and dealers with different permissions.
The approach was to build the platform around modular business logic. Each user type, transaction flow and operation screen was handled with its own responsibility, while the overall user experience remained consistent and understandable.
What We Did
Platform and User Structure
We developed the membership and account system with individual and corporate user structures. User permissions, platform actions and communication needs were considered while designing the account model.
Dealer Module
Dealer application flows, dealer users and authorization structures were built as a key part of the platform. The module allowed dealer operations to participate in vehicle and transaction processes through a manageable structure.
Vehicle and Listing Management
The vehicle listing system, vehicle detail management, valuation flow, selling and buying processes were brought together inside the platform. Users could review vehicle information and follow relevant transaction steps in a structured way.
Live Auction System
The live auction system included bidding mechanics, auction start and end flows, bid history, winning bid logic and auction time/status management. This became one of the most critical workflows of the platform.
Messaging and User Interaction
User-to-user messaging, listing-based communication, transaction-based contact and notification structures were included. This turned user interaction into an operational communication layer that supports the transaction journey.
Management and Operations Infrastructure
Administration and operation screens were developed to support platform control. Responsive frontend, user experience, interface flow, backend business logic and system integration were planned together.
Technology / Approach
Instead of presenting an unverified technology list, the project focused on business logic, manageability, responsive experience and operational sustainability. Different user roles and live auction processes were handled within a consistent system architecture.
